Photographed on 21 August 2023 at Esplanade (Singapore).
Normally, I shoot my blue hour shot at the close end of dusk (10 to 5 minutes before the end of dusk) for the best result, but for this photo, I intentionally shot much earlier (18 minutes before the end of dusk) exposing for 256 seconds by using a 10 stop ND filter. As you can see, city lights and reflections on the water weren’t really illuminated yet, but in return it gave a clean and somewhat surreal look that I love! 😀
