What I am Doing Now (6 January 2023)
Happy New Year to you all! 2023 has just started. Whatever good or bad comes my way this year, I’ll try living through them with gratitude. 😅
As for this photography website, I’m still wondering what’s ahead. I’ll continue with the yearly gallery, but for posts (especially What I am Doing Now series), I’m not too sure whether I want to keep the current format.
Ideally, I want to post a photo every week, but it’s impossible to post one good enough photo per week, as the last thing I want is ending up posting so-so photos just to keep the streak. 😅 To me, I definitely choose “quality over quantity”.
So far, most of “What I am Doing Now” posts don’t have photos included, so this is something I probably want to change and sometimes include photos going forward. Besides, I’m thinking about starting a new series called “Turning 50”. I’m turning 50 later this year and want to share some thoughts by reflecting my 50 years. 😅
Lastly, I wish you all a safe, healthy and wonderful year ahead, and happy shooting!

Great post Joey!
Since you like to cycle maybe you can do something like “On My Ride” and take your PEN along to capture something each time you ride somewhere, it could be a nice project!
Thanks, Daniel, for the idea! Sometimes I take my PEN with me for a ride, but always come back without shooting anything. 😅 I’ll need to be more attentive of the surroundings!
